Information
Sharrah pool is a wild swimming gem found on the upper section of the River Dart. This glorious walk through the woods winds it was up the side of the dart with beautiful and ever changing views around each corner. The path is uneven and steep in places but fully worth the effort. Once Sharrah pool is reached there will be the opportunity for a dip or swim, depending on what you fancy. The pool is long enough to swim up and down with gently flowing water. Once dressed there will be time to warm up with a cup of tea (or drink of your choice), take in the beautify surrounding before beginning the return journey along the same path we arrived on. This walk is not to be missed, you will find yourself returning time and time again. Terrain - This walk follows a path with rough terrain including sections with exposed tree routes, rocks and in places it can be wet. There are a couple of small streams to cross and one quite steep section, all of this will be taken at the pace of the group.
