A little taste of some of the spectacular views 

Rame Head and Penlee Point 

This The grotto at Penlee Point, a small building built into the rocks on one side with the sea in the background on the other side.  THe building has an open doorway and you can see through to the sea on the other side, the sky is blue with a few white clouds s one of the points of interest you will visit on this guided wild swimming walk, also a wak you will do on the wild swimming retreat.
You will be walking along this bit of the South West Coast Path on this guided wild swinning walk. The coastline of cornwall from Rame head, the coast is on the right of the photo with many inlets and rocks, the coastline is grassy and the sea is blue, at the back of the photo the coastline stretches the whole way along the top of the photo
This is one of the points of interest you will visit on this guided wild swimming walk on the south west coast path in Cornwall near Cawsands.   It is  Rame Head Chapel, small hilltop church with a stony path leading up to it and grassy banks on either side.  The sky in the background is blue with some light clouds

This is part of the south west coast path in cornwall that you will walk along on this guided wild swimming walk.  You are looking through the trees to rame head in the background and the coast running up to it.  The sea is very blue, as is the sky which has a few whispy white clouds.  The closest village is Cawsands

Tavy Cleave

This is the wild swimming pool on the river tavy at Tavy Cleave on Dartmoor, the swimming spot for this guided wild swimming walk.  There is a small waterfall at the top of the swimming pool at Tavy Cleave, there are rocks surrounding it and rocky grassy banks leading up the valley from it.  The sky is blue with some white clouds, the sun is glistening off the water
This is the view down the wild swimming pool on the river Tavy at Tavy cleave that you will visit on this guided wild swimming walk, it looks towards the rest of the valley, the water is blue with the sun glistening off it, there is a stone at the front of the photo and the grassy banks of the valley in the background, the sky is blue with white clouds. One of the best places to wild swim on Dartmoor.
This is one the stunning views you will get on this guided wild swimming walk, it is looking from the valley floor up to three tors above, the rocky tors are beautiful against the blue sky and in the foreground you can see tufts of grass and rushes. This is part of the guided wild swimming walk where you will see a leat, a manmade watercourse, in the foreground with the blue sky reflected off the water. It has grassy banks on either side with a faint path on the right hand side.  Beyond it is a valley, Tavy Cleave on Dartmoor which goes off to the right, tors are visable on the horizon and the sky is blue with lots of white clouds.

Crazywell Pool and surroundings

This beautiful view on Dartmoor is seen on this guided wild swimming walk.  This spot is visited on the way back from a wild swim at Crazywell Pool. It is Devonport Leat, a manmade watercourse running through the forest, there is a light dusting of snow on the ground on the path on the right hand side of the leat, there are fir trees in the background.  The sky is blue.
This is a stunning view of Dartmoor seen on this guided wild swimming walk to Crazywell pool.  Devonport leat, a manmade watercourse lined with granite is leading from the bottom right of the photo towards the top left, in the foreground there is a granite footbridge crossing the leat. You will visit this beautiful Dartmoor Bridge, Leather Tor bridge, after your swim at Crazywell Pool on this guided wild swimming walk.  It is a stone granite bridge crossing a small river, the photo is looking from the bank on one side of the river with rocks and grass in the foreground and tress surrounding the bridge.  On the right hand side behind the bridge you can see rust coloured bracken coming through the trees.

Grimspound  and surroundings

There is a granite tor on the righthand side of the photo with the hill sloping away to the left, in the foreground is open grassy moorland, in the bacground is more moorland and blue skys above low grey clouds
This is a photo of the remains of a roundhouse located within the Grimspound Settlement, you can see the entrance stones and the round outline of the house behind.  In the background the hill rises to Hookney tor with several paths viable, the sky is blue with some clouds

Sharrah pool and River Dart 

This is one of the stunning views on this guided wild swimming walk along the river dart to sharrah pool.  The view is from high above the river dart, looking over the valley and in the distance up onto Dartmoor.
This is a stunning part of the river Dart on Dartmoor which you will see on this guided wild swimming walk to Sharrah Pool with rocks in the middle and the water flowing over them creating some whitewater rapids, there are flat rocks to either side of the river and trees in the background
This is a picture of Sharrah Pool, on the river Dart on Dartmoor, the swim spot for this guided wild swimming walk.  It is surrounded by green trees, the pool is lined by rocks on the far side and the water is clear.

Butchers Cove, South Hams Coast and The Church of St Peter the Poor Fisherman

This photo is of a Butchers cove, a sandy beach found on the south west coast path in the south hams in devon, this is the wild swimming spot on this guided wild swimming walk.  The beach is frames by high rocks, the beach leads to a flat sea with blue sky and white clouds above the horizon.  A perfect wild swimming spot on the south west coast path in devon.
This is the south devon coast as seen on this guided wild swimming walk, you look along the coastline which runs along the righthand side, there is some large slabs of rock in the foreground and a headland sticking out before more coast is viable in the distance.  The sea is blue and the sky has white clouds and blue sky.
This is one of the points of interest you will visit on this guided wild swimming walk to butchers cove in South Devon.  It is the inside the Church of St Peter the Poor Fisherman, it is looking out into the main body of the roofless stone church with a window visible and a roofed tower in the background.  The floor is uneven stone slabs and the pillars of the arches are visible.  There are trees behind the church.

Dartmoor Tors

Merrivale
