November

Saturday 1st November - Introduction to Basic Navigation

Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd  November - Navigation Skills Course

This is a picture of a large swimming pool situated in the Dartmoor Valley of Tavy Cleave. There is a small waterfall and some rocks at the top of the pool and green slopes of the valley towards the top of the picture. The sky is blue in the background and the sun is glistening off the surface of the water

Saturday 8th November  - Tavy Cleave Wild Swimming Walk** 

This is a photo of Crazywell pool, a large pool in the middle of dartmoor. The water is blue and pool is surrounded by high grassy banks. In the background there is blue sky and views to sharpitor and leather tor, two granite tors on Dartmoor.

Sunday 9th November - Crazywell Pool Wild Swimming Walk  

The photos is of the sea at Firestone Bay in Plymouth, the water is turquoise and clear, you can see rocks and seaweed beneath it. Further out you can see navigation buoys and a little further out is Drakes Island with buildings and trees visible. To the left od Drakes island is the coast near Jennycliff. The sky is blue with some white clouds

Saturday 15th November - Introduction to Cold Water Swimming 

This is a picture looking down from the railings at the sandy beach at Penlee point, surrounded by rocks on both sides and with the blue sea in the background. Views to the south coast of devon at the top of the picture. This is to illustrate the wild swimming spot on the walk.

Saturday 22nd November - Rame Head & Penlee Point Wild Swimming  

This is a picture of a large pool in a river Dart, Sharrah Pool. The sun is shining and so you are able to see the rocks below the surface inviting you to get in for a swim

Sunday 23rd November - Sharrah Pool Wild Swimming Walk
